I went in and shared what I thought was the issue on 2 occasions a week apart. Each time, they correctly and quickly identified the issue. Anthony was very stand up about the work that needed to be done and didn't just tell me, he invited me back into the shop to show and explain the issues. All told, I had my alternator, struts, sway bar links and tires replaced quickly and without issue. Additionally, for those worried about estimates they might give, they may say estimate, but that ended up being what I paid both times. There wasn't additional cost and there very clear about being greenlit before doing any work. And on top of it all, Anthony offered me a ride back home while the work was being done and then picked me up upon completion. To start, the tire rotation was never done, even though it was charged something I confirmed because I had a mark on my tires that remained untouched. You did refund me for that, and I appreciated the prompt response. However, today the situation became dangerous and unacceptable. While driving to work in Newark, I began hearing clicking and then a beating noise. Thankfully, I made it off the expressway safely. When I got out and looked under my vehicle, I saw that the oil pan was hanging off and dragging on the ground. I immediately contacted your location and was told you would not be in until tomorrow. I explained the situation, including the fact that I am 70 miles away and cannot safely drive the car. I offered to send a video showing the damage and was told, "What would me seeing the video do?" That kind of response is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of urgency or responsibility. I am now stranded between Willingboro and Newark with no clear next steps and a vehicle that was just serviced by your shop. This is more than just an inconvenience, it's a safety issue and a liability concern. Please contact me immediately so we can resolve this.
