You want it to be a great experience from the first cut - it sets the tone, and Javier did just that. Absolute fair pricing for the service. He took time to understand my style and spent a full hour, which included the cut, a clean shave on the back of the neck, and warm towel. He cares about the details, was really talented with using the scissors. My favorite part about this cut was that he used a straight blade to cut in my part, and I love that look. You can tell from being in the shop, it is truly a family and these guys have a lot of fun. They sell their own products for hair and beard inside. The shop has crazy cool art work, and a couple of TVs to watch while you are getting cut. Just an overall solid experience, and I'll definitely be back.

In the chair I asked for a side part slick back with a 2 fade. I got that and looked fine but out of nowhere the guy hit me with a hard part. I've never had one before didn't ask for one and on top of that it was about a 1/4 inch wide. The damage was done and what can you do when you get an u repairable haircut but take it on the chin and move on. The biggest hang up I have is that I paid 20 dollars to look like a dickhead. They lost me as a customer for good. No such thing a regular barbershop anymore just overpriced pretenders. It's a shame

In a panic, I made an appointment for the hair cuttery at 5:20pm for the next day. I got a great, simple, and flattering cut, a GREAT single process color--dark brown--and the woman sitting next to me, whose colored hair is pale blonde, also got a great color. The stylist, Sophia, really seemed to know what she was doing. My hair cut looks great, my color is great, and my hair is silky, for less than half the cost. And the people? Everyone around me couldn't have been warmer or sweeter, and not in a fake way (which is a thing I hate about most salons). The vibes were immaculate. 10/10.
