I went back in for a cut with Chuck and had a great experience and I absolutely adore the cut I got. Everyone was very friendly, there's a welcoming vibe (not pretentious at all like some other salons I've been to), and you can tell they love what they do. They carry Pureology and Redken products which I love. I don't know if I just had bad luck before or if they've since changed something with their operations, but it's now evident to me that customer satisfaction is a priority for them. My first and second visits went fine although little things bothered me like no designated person working the reception area to greet me and the stylist reeking of smoke. My third visit - which was my final visit - I noticed when I got into my car and looked in the mirror that the stylist left one of my sideburns far shorter than the other. What happened to showing the client the finished style in the mirror before they add product and you leave? I went back in and politely showed the stylist her error. This was clearly an inconvenience for her. She muttered something then begrudgingly evened me out WITH NO APOLOGY. I don't think for a second this particular stylist is representative of the salon as a whole; rather, I just made a bad choice.
