I never met the stylists before so I chose Tristina because her availability matched with mine. The salon was very clean upon arriving and Tristina was the best. She was super sweet and very confident in her work. I explained how I wanted the wolf cut and a few examples from photos I found online. She advised that she loves doing dramatic cuts, I was cutting a significant amount of hair off, and that she does wolf cuts all the time. I felt relieved because it was going to be a big change and I wanted my hair to be easy to style and have a lot of fun layers. She did an amazing job. It's been over a week since I had my cut and I still love how beautifully layered it is. I would recommend seeing Tristina for your next cut.

Brazilian Blowout: Again, Kim is the BEST! I've been to a few stylists in the area (5 total) and I can honestly say, they are doing the service incorrectly. With the majority of my experiences, the blowout would fade away after 1 month... however my blowout has lasted with Kim, in addition, she conducted the procedure differently than anyone else. Her process, technique, and even the brushes she used were entirely different. Long story short she burned my hair it looks like a birds nest. I cried and should have known something was wrong when she walked away and had her manager find my hair. Trying to tell me that it was normal for my hair to look like it did I left she upset. They did nothing to fix it. They charged me and sent me on my way. I don't recommend going there ever.
