I can't say enough good things about Classic Canopies, Chad took my order last minute due to the company I'd booked in January for my july 4th weekend event had to close her doors (Alston Event Rentals) their customer service was also amazing and she went above and beyond to find me someone else to service me, which is how I ended up with classic canopies. Chad answered all my question and even recommended some things he thought would work best, they were on time for setup and did not take all day. Equipment was in great condition. After using a company for my 2021 event who I wouldn't use even if it was free, their service was so bad. I'll forever rent from Chad & Classic Canopies. This rental group was reccomended to us from a caterer. We were not dissapointed. They only have a limited supply of products (mostly white tents, white linens and table and chairs) but thier products and service are high quality. Their prices include delivery, set up and take down- which is great because a lot of places don't do this. What made them above and beyond? 1. We needed a certian number of wooden chairs (as opposed to white ones) and, despite the fact that they did not have them, they called around to all the other rental places to find them. They did not charge extra and they picked them up and delivered as well. 2. They helped arrange all the tables and chairs under the tent, even the ones they did not provide. They even came a week early to show us where to put the tent and talked us into a smaller size to better fit the space. Great service and great people. read more

We planned to use Classic Canopies for our daughter's wedding but Covid struck and we no longer needed the tents and chairs we had agreed to rent from them.
