They claim they couldn't find the address and called multiple times, yet in the contract was my number AND MY WIFES. My wife never had a phone call they couldn't find the address. After going round and round for over 20 minutes and then saying we will be charged a re-delivery fee, MAGICALLY ENOUGH THEY FOUND MY DAUGHTER's Address. Not to mention, my daughter had been calling the company at the number listed on the contract 972-292-8807 which isn't in service, YET LISTED ON THEIR CONTRACT. They claim they use google maps yet they admitted they use iPhones and it never occurred to use their map app? Great way to snake an additional $35. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY, ARGUMENTATIVE. Nope. Never again.

Chad answered all my question and even recommended some things he thought would work best, they were on time for setup and did not take all day. Equipment was in great condition. After using a company for my 2021 event who I wouldn't use even if it was free, their service was so bad. I'll forever rent from Chad & Classic Canopies. My wedding basically went off without a hitch thanks to Stacy and my other awesome vendors. In 2020, I had to postpone my wedding due to covid and Stacy was very understanding and accommodating with the rescheduling. Using passion events & design saved me a lot of planning time since I rented all of my centerpieces, linens, & other reception & ceremony decor, my buffet chaffing pans, serving utensils, plates, cups, silverware, chargers, napkins, ceremony signs, card box and so much more! Her and her amazing team did all of my decorating, set up, break down, and clean up for me ensuring I got back my entire security deposit from my venue! I also added on bartending and serving staff to my package and they were more than amazing!!! The service was perfect and all of my guests were happy! Located in the midst of allllll the gazillion businesses on Hwy 85, this package store has a decent amount of parking and a huge selection or wine, beer, and liquor. I like that everything was laid out very well and there was plenty of signage around so you could find what you need easily. Oh and the prices were pretty good too. I was able to find what I needed within two minutes of walking into the store and there was plenty of staff available in case I needed help. As I was walking to the checkout counter, a staff member walked by and told me that she would be happy to help check me out. She was friendly and got me out of there super quick. If I'm ever on the southside and need some libations, I'll be sure to come here.
