I would not recommend this place if you expect a high level detail. We chose the "Showroom Detail interior only" for $200. They told us the showroom detail takes 8 hours. I was expecting my vehicle to be pristine (showroom!) and smell nice. The good: It is cleaner than when we brought it in. The bad: There are still dirty, crusty spots on the seats, I can see dust/dirty spots in the cracks/vents, the carpets are still dirty looking, there's still glitter on the dash and inner door panels, and it smells like dirty mop water. read more

DO NOT go here if you drive a diesel. They charged me $500 for an oil change, new filters and a "detail" but they didn't even do any interior cleaning. I've had the exact same services elsewhere for less than $200. Seriously, this place will SCALP you. Nice workers, but extremely overpriced. read more

I went there with some friends on Tuesday and was there before my friend got there and her car was done before mine and I asked the cashier where my car was and she couldn't find it and ask one of the guys outside and they said they were behind or something like that. I got a coupon from this place a while ago due to some car troubles I had and when I came to the car wash, they explained what the coupon covered. I got a wonderful detailing that took 2 hrs which is standard and they listened to everything I requested. The people were very kind and my car looks brand new! read more

Not much diff between $19.99 and $28.99 wash. They still didn't wipe down cup holders or wash the windows inside the vehicle, which both seem pretty basic. I purchased the higher amount to make sure I didn't need to also follow up clean, no change. Just do the cheaper one or go to Richmond rd. I didn't complain because I didn't have time to wait etc. just sharing with everyone. read more

This is the best place in town to get your vehicle washed. The customer service is just as amazing as the service my vehicle received. After having a bad experience with another car wash that caused so many scratches on my black truck, the general manager offered to fix those scratches for me at zero cost. It took 1.5 hours of wait time. They typically provide free popcorn while you wait; After 1 hr of waiting i pointed out their wasn't any popcorn left, the cashier didnt offer to make anymore. Well, that really was nor a big deal. My SUV was 95% clean overall. Area along the console had debris from using a dirty towel. Also, my Oil Change Reminder sticker was "wiped clean" as in the information reminding me what type of oil as well as mileage reminder was wiped OFF ..After spending $50 . Underwhelmed by this car wash service recommended by a friend. I purchased the car detail on a Wednesday, but it was NOT part of the 50% off. They use a laser car wash for the exterior of your vehicle. When I received my car after the said car detail, the bumper still had insect marks on it. I checked the interior and they did an okay job. Before I left, I also checked the trunk. To my surprise, the trunk of my vehicle was soaking wet. I voiced out my concern and they took it back to dry it again. Went for an oil change and was told any make or model. Showed up with a Mazda and was told can't do Mazda here and we need to go to the Mazda dealership. Got to the dealership and waited 15 mins to be told no one there to do an oil change. The guy seemed annoyed we were sent up there but offered to take it to GMC. Car was taken to GMC for an oil change. Then we were told it doesn't qualify for a free wash. Lots of running around and ended up paying over $100 for an oil change??? Next time I'll go to Dallas. read more

This was my first time and I'm impressed. They were packed, but I still got through in about 30 minutes. They have a comfortable waiting area and offer refreshments for sale. I watched as they wiped down every surface of my dirty old car and they are extremely thorough and very friendly. Vacuum, wash, and details for only $20. I believe they offer a free car wash with every oil change. Totally worth it! read more

I brought my car in for a complete detail. The price quoted was $199 to start with, and more depending on the amount of work needed. Ended up paying just $199, but the work was sloppy. There was grime left on my rims and there did not seem to have been any effort made to clean the tar off the front of the car. They did a better job on the inside but still completely missed the built in tray in the cargo area which was not even touched. I would have gladly paid more if it meant them doing a better job. It was a fairly decent car wash, but I could have done as well at home, so I expected more. I cannot recommend their detail service. read more

I am usually very pleased with the service here, but today I left very frustrated. I brought my car in at 10:45 am for a car wash and detail service and waited in their waiting area until close to 3 pm!!!!! I asked about my vehicle a couple of times and was told "It should be done soon." By about 2:30 I had enough and I went to the front desk to ask if they would just call me when my vehicle was ready, her response was "It's hard to call because we get busy." I explained to her that I had been there since 10:45 am and I needed to go so she went and checked and told me my vehicle had to go through the wash twice because it was "really muddy" and that it would be done in 10 minutes. I had to call my husband out of work because I had not eaten since 9 am because I was waiting for them to be done with my vehicle. I know these things take time, and I appreciate them wanting to get the job done correctly however the communication here is terrible. My husband ended up going in and speaking with Kim at the front desk and she claimed to have no idea I was still there. My husband expressed his frustration with the lack of communication only to be told " Well we have a shuttle that can take her to get food.". We both left furious about the whole interaction and came back 30 minutes later and they were still putting the final touches on the car. It took 2.5 hours between my vehicle's time to get the oil changed be done with the detail service. Overall this experience could have been made better if they would have simply communicated with their customers. read more

This may be the slowest most unprofessional car wash I've ever been to. First off, the guy who vacuums your car gets in my car with an open top cold drink. What???? Second, they rearrange cars to go through the wash, so they don't go in the order that they are ready. They apparently put cars from the next door dealership in front of other cars. Uh, no. Third, the finishers after the wash are just slowly plodding along like they have nothing to do while your car sits drying on its own which never turns out well. Even when they do start finishing your car, they spend more time looking around than they do on your car. Fourth, the guy used the same cloth on the inside dash that he used for the outside of the car.Lastly they had music outside blaring so loud you couldn't hear each other talk. Is that really necessary? Thank goodness we don't live here, because I would never come back. We were passing through & desperately needed a car wash. If you're used to second rate service by all means use this place. Otherwise, go to a big city for a professional wash. read more
