I actually am so surprised on how clean my carpets were compared to when i do them myself. My husband bought me a steam cleaner 2 years ago and i would do it every few months, but i got tired of constantly scrubbing out the stains before i would shampoo, just too much work so i decieded to try a local guy. Saved the day! I could not believe the odors left behind from the renters of our little beach cottage! Wet dog, smoke - the kind that is still illegal in this state - and more! I tried everything to no avail and was worried about the following weekly rental. After talking to Rob he advised how odors can get trapped in carpets, upholstery and drapes. The guys that showed up were very personable and helpful. Rob took the time to explain the different carpet cleaning process, and looked at my carpet needs for a quick evaluation. His helper was pretty good, and a hard worker too. He scrubbed out all my stains, and even took the time to try different remedies on a few stubborn stains i had for a long time. First time I tried the Heavy Duty Extraction Cleaning over the Truck Mount I usually do every year, and i war really surprised on the difference. The worker told me it was a Special Blend of several detergents they mixed to get them this clean. They came at 10:30 this morning and there already dry. Very impressed with all their effort in making me happy. Promised a review if i was pleased, and here it is! They look fantastic, and will call for my furniture next month.
