When I returned they were finishing up. I paid them and even gave them a tip. After they were gone, I went into my garage and discovered that they decided to use the garage as a water source. They left huge puddles all over the garage floor. As I have not moved into the property yet, I had no mops or other tools to mop up the water. I used an old sheet that I was using as a dropcloth and did th e best I could. I shudder to think what kind of damage I will find when I return. The floors were ok, but when I cleaned a spill of water on the wood floor I was amazed at how dirty the towel was when I cleanup the water. The the day after the cleaning I found balls in the vents. How do you clean out the vents and not get all the toys and balls out. Also, I do not feel the dryer was even cleaned because it is still filled with lint which is a fire hazard. I feel I was sold a poor quality service and very disappointed in a company I have used many times before in my past. I feel they should refund me some of or all my money.
