    I scheduled a windshield replacement with Safelite AutoGlass on March 7th at 3:00 PM in Burlington…read more Shortly after the installation--within approximately 30 minutes of driving--I noticed a visible defect on the lower portion of the windshield. I immediately contacted the company to report the issue and requested a prompt resolution. I was then scheduled for a follow-up appointment on March 17th. During that call, I clearly stated my preference to have the issue addressed in-shop. However, on the day of the appointment, I was informed it would instead be handled as a mobile service. When the technician arrived (later than scheduled), I was given explanations that did not adequately address the defect. The technician took photos and consulted with a manager, who ultimately classified the issue as a "minor defect." I strongly disagree with this assessment. The defect significantly impacts my driving experience. It causes visual distortion to the point that it leads to nausea and headaches. I wear prescription glasses while driving, and the distortion is so severe that I am forced to remove them to see clearly through the windshield--creating an unsafe driving condition. Despite having a warranty, the company has not been willing to replace the defective windshield. This is extremely disappointing, especially as I have not had issues with their service in the past. Overall, I find this experience to be highly unprofessional and unsatisfactory. I am requesting that this issue be properly resolved with a full replacement under warranty.

    Contacted my Insurance company to replace a windshield on my vehicle. I checked with them to make…read moresure I still had my 0 dollar deductible for new windshield. I also checked to make sure I could get a "OEM" or "Original Equipment Manufacturer" with that. They confirmed it was. Because Safelight has control of the glass replacement scheduling software as well as the glass manufacturing. I felt like using them would make sense. On the day of my appointment they called to tell me "As of now my insurance will not cover a OEM replacement and if I want one then I will need to pay an additional 537.00. I told them I don't understand, my insurance assured me that it was covered. They said that it was possible that it might be but the initial submission was rejected. Then again they asked do I still want them to come and if so I had to pay that amount. If they found out later that it was covered they would refund me the difference. Where I come from that's a loan. NO THANKS

    In the last year I have taken two vehicles to Woody's. One had to be taken twice due to separate…read moreincidents. First let me say Jeff Woody is trustworthy and honest. He communicated well and repaired both vehicles to our satisfaction. Furthermore and importantly on my daughter's older vehicle he worked closely with us to keep the bill down and at our request skipped a couple of minor cosmetic things we didn't need addressed. In short, I would encourage anyone to use these guys. They are very good at working with you.

He got back on the road, thank God, but knew his Mercedes Benz was definitely messed up. It was barely rolling good enough to get him the rest of the way home. We were just so thankful my son was okay, with the exception of being really sore! Anyway, we were worried sick b/c it costs a lot of money to work on these type cars, but we had no choice but to get it fixed. After no sleep that night, I began looking for alignment shops and up popped "Woody's Body Shop". Bingo, good deal. I think at this point my husband & I were just accepting that we would have to shell out at least a couple of thousand dollars. I called Woody's and the sweetest voice answered the phone. I proceeded to tell her of our misfortune. She was very compassionate & set me up an appt. We got the car there and I was about to cry when we left because Jeff Woody gave me the best estimate EVER and assured me it would be repaired in a timely fashion. I could not believe the price! He could have told me anything and I would have trusted him b/c he knows his business and that's what he does for a living. In a day, the sweet voice called and said your car is ready. Wow! This is amazing! So...we proceeded to go to Woody's to pick up the Mercedes. We pulled in and I saw the car sitting out front, but something looked aweful shiny! They had buffed out the headlights and they looked brand new...just because. Anytime, from now on, only Woody's will do work on my vehicles. What a wonderful experience meeting these people!
