She even stepped outside to physically look at the snow line since she could see it from where she was, just to make sure she gave me the most accurate information. She took the time to explain my options, made sure I felt safe, and told me I could check back in with her on Sunday if needed. The fact that I am leaving a review without ever needing service speaks volumes about the level of care and integrity here.
