I bought my home 7/24. I called in Dec. 2023 to see if they had any homes in the area I was looking to buy in and there was a LOT they just bought a couple of months prior. They told us if we like the LOT, we can meet up to proceed. A week later we met up and started the process and it was seamless. At the time Christine helped us and she was wonderful throughout the process. We were able to make changes and additions to the home. There were a couple of hiccups, but at no fault to CQ. I had a 1 year warranty on the home and we had no issues scheduling to fix cracks or issues with the home's settlement. I recommend them anytime, very happy with my home. It's a Blessing! read more

I knew for the price of the house the materials and equipment installed was not gone be 5 stars but what was used on my house was crap. HVAC blew after 4 years in my house after having to get it repaired several times. If you get a home from them refuse the Nortek HVAC don't let them install that brand, it's absolutely no good and google can back that up. I'm pissed with them because calling doesn't help I couldn't even find out info to try and see if it was still covered under warranty. I was told that it was given the warranty for the HVAC but it was not in my paperwork only for some of the appliances. The stove is a poop show too. One day it takes 4 minutes to come on the next day it takes 40 minutes. They were very helpful the first year after that nothing. It was a window that was leaking that was never fixed and I told them before the warranty was up. The hot tub motor had to be replaced. The pipes are not good neither. I can go on and on but what's the point. You live and you learn! read more

classic quality homes will sell you a dream. once they receive your money, they don't care about you anymore. You can do a walk-through and tell them all the repairs that's needs to be addressed, they will string you along until your warrantee is up then tell you which ones they're going to complete. then they're trying to bully me and asked me to take down my review and then they'll see if they're gonna complete my repairs. they is not a great company to do business with read more

We recently bought a home with Classic Quality Homes for the construction of our vacation home, and from beginning to end, we had a fantastic experience! The house was built in only four months, with a strong foundation and styled beautifully and this was only possible with Classic's commitment to doing things on time and with quality materials. The team at Classic was also very responsive and attentive to my questions and concerns. Dan was our sales agent but he was more than your normal agent as he knew all the materials used and showed us how to navigate home things. On the operations side, Dawn, Christine and Sandy were also very responsive and second to none in customer service. If you have the pleasure of working with the owner, David, he was great to work with. Overall we give Classic a five star rating and would recommend them to anyone in the Poconos area! read more

To leave the review I had to give one star, and because I couldn't leave a negative star review. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDER. The worst the Poconos has to offer. Checkout the other reviews and you'll see it's just not me. They put up houses so fast that there is no attention to detail. The damage they cause in the communities they build in is inexcusable. Dumping whole trees and dragging the limbs into the woods for the new owner to take care of. They have even dumped limbs on neighboring private property which will eventually cause problems with the neighbors. I have experience with other builders in the area who I have worked with, and at times will recommend to prospective buyers, there is no way I will ever recommend this builder for the blatant disregard for the way they leave a property and the follow up to complaints. read more

I purchased a home from the builder in 2018. I had trouble with getting a tech to address a couple of issues the first 2-3 months. I did had to call a few times to have a tech come onsite and address any issues I had come across. 6 months later I don't wait long to have a tech come onsite for repairs. For the most part their techs know what they are doing and have so far resolved any issues that I have contacted them about. One issue I have is the lack of communication internally when it comes to service requests. I feel once they work on that there shouldn't be a concern going forward. Side Note: I hope what I read about them renting or selling to just anyone isn't true. I moved from NYC to get away for a reason. read more

I put a down payment for a home in December,showed me 2 plots and both plots they said they were unable to get any thing done surveys papers or anything, but I called one time,they thought I was someone else and told me that they were building the home,until l told them who l was I am a disabled veteran, and if you don't want to sell it to me you should've told me , and to boot I had a contract with them and they gonna try to tell me that my contract is not good because prices have went up since then , looking for me to pay more even though we have contracted for a certain price read more

*NO STARS* Had to give a star to write a review. Crooks. Racists. Swindlers. Do yourself a favor, go to Toll Bothers or another builder to have a home constructed. If Dan Brady still works there the business hasn't gotten better. This company tries to direct minorities into certain sections and communities like PCP/ Pocono Country Place (please research crime and other data) regardless of financial stature or occupation (I know my yearly income is greater than most of the people who work there). They tell this tale tale of a railroad being built to connect to New York going through New Jersey, taking you to the new station that will never open. From my understanding that story has been told to potential home buyers for over 10 years. The railroad isn't happening! I would suggest researching areas first and if you have family, friends, or a coworker who lives in Pennsylvania to ask for their help learning the different places. Especially coming from a city like New York. My lawyer was able to get some of my deposit returned, but I lost about $4k due to their shady contracts. Remember to learn from loss. Have since had a home built in upstate New York and love it. Close proximity to Metro North and all highways N,S,E, and W. read more

We purchased our already built home in January 2023. Big beautiful home, very spacious, love the 2fl foyer entry and kitchen area. It's not without flaws, I wish the kitchen counters were granite, not Formica. New cabinets didn't include top crown moldings, unfinished basement, too much carpet in the house, nor enough hardwood floors. You could see around windows work unfinished. When I moved in during winter, the fireplace didn't work properly. the issue was with the circuit box, and the oven stopped working. Good thing I added a warranty to all the appliances. It still took 2 months to fix. The banister railings were coming loose inside and on the back patio outside. Windows are missing screen and breakage on outside moldings. There's areas on the backyard soil and near foundation that should be filled in. Some of the issues we will take care of ourselves when it takes too long to have the builders come out to assess. I'm sure the problems with the house will continue, so there is no need for me to keep going. It's a beautiful house worth the purchase price we will enjoy it for many years to come. read more

I bought house 4years ago, from day one I COMPLAINT about a retaining wall that they build it without proper drainage, And because of all the snow plus heavy torrential rain the wall is tilting and I am afraid that it going collapse, they refuse any responsibility, at this point, I have no other choice but to get a lawyer. Sells unbuildible land and when it goes to tax sale he scoops them up again. I did some research on our property and found out he did this at least three times with ours. He got a fraudulent septic desigin permit and title insurance. You can call Monroe County yourself if you doubt this review at all. Lot 100 section 2 of Barton Glen Community in Bartonsville. No wonder he didn't offer to build our home. He knew he couldn't build on it. Learned my lesson the hard way. I now do my research before. My bad. read more
