When I am feeling lazy or just don't have the time, I use the pick up and delivery option vs just dropping it off and picking it up myself, and that is only a very reasonable extra $3-$4 to have it picked up and delivered. They have flexible windows every half hour throughout the day unlike the other places I've used only offer small windows in the morning or afternoon/evening. 10/10!

Not only did they lose the button but they also charged me for a cleaning of a clean jacket. I called to try and get the button back as this is a special button and they were unwilling to help/unwilling to look for the button and unwilling to refund me for the cleaning that was not requested. I will take my business elsewhere. Update based on response - I did call for resolution and zero options were given - interesting how there is a request for me to follow up when I post a review. At drop off the button was handed over and the request was made to have the button sewn on only (no cleaning was needed or requested). Well it came off into my clothes( looks exactly like whats in the machine) and when I addressed it to the owner all she could say is that it is in a seal and there's no way the stuff in my clothes was from that. My sheets in particular are new and now stained. I'm hoping when My other clothes dry that there's nothing in them. There is a sign that clearly says that they are not responsible for lost or damaged clothes. Really sad part is that 3 other washers have the same residue in them.
