The gentleman behind the counter said he would have his daughter look for them; she found them straight away. I heard a lot of excuses like maybe I already picked them up, etc. The older woman who was off to the side at another counter spoke to me in very broken English and Chinese. She said it was no wonder they couldn't find them because they were winter pants and it was now late Spring. I bought thm on sale in late March but by the time I was able to retrieve them it was mid-May. Frankly, I expected a discount because the store lost my pants and made me wait six weeks to get them. No discount offered. I have never returned to the store again for alterations or dry cleaning because of the poor service.
