My experience with larger…read moreoperations is they charge way more to pay for all that overhead with their fleet of fancy trucks. I also liked the fact Anthony didn't have any of those scam maintenance contracts that the bigger guys try to intimidate you into signing. If they try to pull that crap, run. My father was in the trades and working with him when I was younger gave me a good BS detector. That said, I called Anthony, left a message and he got back to me within 15 minutes. Super honest nice guy. I explained my issue and he explained that he can fix central air units but doesn't replace them, which I initially thought was disappointing, but it turns out to be the best way. Think about it. With older units most other companies are going to tell you to replace the entire thing. They don't want to replace some part because there's no big payday in it for them. I liken it to a dentist. They don't try to save your tooth anymore because they can make much more money putting in an implant. After a time misunderstanding on my part, we arranged a time and Anthony showed up ,on time. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the part at very little cost. All guaranteed. I'm just happy if it gets me through the summer. You have to call Anthony first, before anybody else. The guy can do anything. Now if anybody asks me for a recommendation, I can say "I gotta guy"

Anthony spent the day texting with me before coming over in person, trying to trouble shoot. when he arrived, he quickly figured out the problem and knew time was of the essence. He got the part + installed it within 24 hours and said he didn't want me to pay until we are certain it works long term. That's the absolute opposite of all the opportunists out there. He has a great demeanor and more than that - he's just really great at what he does. Reliable, kind, honest. Don't bother calling around, call him.
