R.G. Hopeless service. I contacted to buy a HRV. I had a very bad experience at this location. The staff has no respect for the customers. After 10 mins I found someone to help me. I was asked by this gentleman to wait for 2 mins by the HRV vehicle on display but he never showed up. When I went to remind him he took someone else. I bought a Honda civic 2012 car in Mar.2014 around 38000 KM run. Car has serious safety issue. Speed doesn't increase as fast as it should be when press the gas peddle. When merging the highway, passing in single road it is so dangerous. When contacted Classic Honda, They don't care and this car is still under 60,000 KM warranty. This is their attitude. read more

Without a doubt the worst car buying experience I have ever had. The sales rep quoted us a price and forgot to add tax. Then the sales manager approved a price and forgot to add tax. We shook hands, started paperwork, then the salesman comes out and says "uh, we need more money". On top of that they sold us a car that did not exist - they took a deposit on a car that they could not find. Honestly, these guys are amateur and they epitomize all the negative stereotypes about car salesmen and the car buying experience. With all the Honda dealers in the GTA I recommend you avoid Classic and find someplace else to buy your Honda. read more

Worst experience in service department. I brought in my car for oil change at 3 pm. Some guy at service desk was rude and racist. Calling me to go home (back to my country) Its take him almost 30 minutes to process my request "oil change". I spent 2 1/2 hours at the place. From 3 pm to 5:28 pm. Worst experienced i ever had. I believe, hes let other people go ahead of me. My car inside was a total mess (dirty). Oil stains and dirt everywhere. Yes.....discrimination, racism do exist in Classic Honda. read more

Was sold a brand new but mechanically faulty car and the GSM was more concerned about making another sale rather then helping me out. Found him very condescending, rude, inappropriate and could care less about his customers. Basically told me to never come back to "his" dealership (perhaps needs to be reminded that he's just an employee at the dealership) all because I demanded another car to replace the "faulty" one I was given. He actually raised his voice and "yelled at me" with customers around. Would highly recommend staying away from this dealership as the service is not trustworthy and the GSM is simply classless. Keep in mind that there are plenty of Honda dealerships around with the same cars but a lot more class. read more

Recently I bought a new car from Classic Honda. I did know the sales consultant: Balwinder Singh, cell: 416-500-0238, as I dealt with him in 2013. I was very happy with Balwinder at that time since he made the entire process easy and straightforward. This is my second time buying a car with Balwinder. He was fully committed, explained all the details in the contract, very professional and always answered and followed up with my additional requests over the phone. Called your parts department for a quote on a part, even gave the vehicle vin, when the part was delivered the price had jumped $50. Apparently the parts guy is an idiot and the manager states its my problem because I need the part. Fantastic Customer Service. I called to inquire about some maintenance for my car and got the lowest price in town or out town for than matter, but suprise suprise came in that day and was given a totally different price, not 10 or 20% above the initial quote but close to 40%, tried to hear they side of the story but they think people are idiot and would just play with their game. The worst service ever. After I made an appointment over the phone 4 days before when I arrived I left my keys with the guy at the door for oil change and he just told me to wait inside. When I asked after 1 hour they didn't touched my car saying that I should have talk with the half of technicians there before somebody start working on my car. Somebody with name Kyle Asse lied by saying my car will be ready in 30 min and when I went after 1 hour they confused my car with another one and he wanted me to sign for somebody else car and paying for it too. This guy kyle assured me that my car was washed as an extra service for my waiting but when I received it it wasn't. For 30 minute promise I ended up in 2 hour and a half waiting. read more

What an absolutely unacceptable way to service cars. I spent 5 hours at this place for a simple oil change and tire swap! On the phone, I was told this would take an hour and a half; I made an appointment for 10am and when I showed up I was told it would take 4 hours....come on! The guy said he would try and have it done for 12:30, and made a note on my form. I went to a coffee shop nearby, didn't hear from them. I went back to Honda around 1:15, over 3 hours after my appointment time, and when I inquired about my car, they casually told me it had not even been started yet, and the guy who processed my service was on lunch! I can tell you that every single customer who was there waiting was in the exact same boat, and complaining. I overheard one of the female staff offer a guy a rental car, but no one ever came to talk to me. No one had even called me to give me an update. Staff kept telling me, "Oh it's winter tire season, that's why we are so busy." What a load of BS. You're Honda...get it together. Finally, FINALLY my car was ready, about 4.5 hours after my initial appointment time. I had missed my class. I demanded to speak to a manager, he gave me the same song and dance about how winter is busy. I pointed out that the whole point of making an appointment is so that you have a time your car will be seen. He said, no, an appointment is just the time you get to see person at the desk. After that, it's uncertain how long you will wait because other people before you might have to take longer as things come up. Wow....I'm sorry, but that's not my problem. Those people can re-book another appointment, or you can hire more staff. Stop overbooking people because we do not have all day to waste waiting for our cars, especially for something that should take an hour. I have never ever experienced this at any other dealership. Oh the best part was I overheard another staff telling someone who was complaining "We are not like the doctors." Then when I spoke to a manager, he told me, "We are like the doctors." Just a downright horrible experience, horrible service. Never ever returning to this pathetic place. read more

I want every customer to know that services their car at Classic Honda that you're going to get ripped off, I caught the dealership doing this to me, and when I complained about my findings they advised me not to return to the dealership, how I learned of this, I discovered Mr. Adam Geoffroy's service team billed me for more 4.5 hours of labour for the work they claimed they completed, when actually they only worked on my car for a total of 2.1 hours, the service receptionist shouted out the hours and explained that the technician only worked 2.1 hours hence why are you billing me for over 4.5 hours, so I reviewed the technicians hours and to my surprise, I found the dishonesty in the staff at Classic Honda Mr, Geoffroy realized I caught on to this scheme and said just take your car and then come back and pay me later I said no I will pay you now whatever the cost is, he said no no pay me 300.00 dollars less than the actual bill I advised Mr.Geoffroy that I will document my findings, Mr. Geoffroy came to a total with me that was $750.00 so I paid it, I left very disoriented to my findings I was angry frustrated that these scams were happening at this dealership I didn't want anyone else to get ripped off, and I didn't want to pay him for his dishonesty but I did as he tried to cover it up, he is a liar plain and simple and tried covering things up but it was too late I requested for my money back and he said no and don't come back here, I contacted the General Manager and he did not return my call on four different occasion only dishonest people don't call you back,People this is free advise from my experience I had Mr. Adam Geoffroy do not refund my money and the general manager never contacted me, DON'T GET RIPPED OFF THATS ALL I CAN SAY. read more

left there very unhappy and disturbed at their business practise of separating the car purchase into several parts each being managed by a different individual. buyers are forced to agree to buy a car from the sales associate before they are passed onto another who can discuss extended warranty or financing. this is the first time where a sales associate refused to refund me my deposit when the deal fell through because i couldn't agree on the extended warranty and financing. REMEMBER: DON'T SIGN ANY PURCHASE AGREEMENT UNTIL IT INCLUDES ALL THE ITEMS REQUIRED. and don't forget to include a clause to get a full refund of the deposit if the deal isn't successfully concluded or better yet, if you're financing, simply refuse to provide a deposit and just go straight to completing the loan agreement. read more
