The first of which was to secure a rental car. Within a few minutes a rental car arrived for my approval. When the bolts came in, they were the wrong and I had to take my part for another mechanic to install. When I tried getting a refund I was treated very poorly. They were VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
