We've forgotten to put our trash out a couple of times on Friday and they came and grabbed them for us on the porch anyways. Most companies would drive on by. We called C & F after getting several appraisals, and C & F was the lowest price (by far) so I…read morethought we would try them. They (he) pulled up in a professional looking van, but I was a little taken back by his ... uh... well..colorful, and a little different appearance. He seemed nice enough, and I was skeptical how he was going to do the job I needed by himself (no one to help him move furniture). Well, time and time again I have learned that you cannot judge a book by it's cover. C & F did a FABULOUS job! He was very nice and friendly and patient with my very curious son that watched him the entire time. He got a green (who knows what..I'd tried everything to get this large spot out...) spot out that I never thought he would. It only took about 2 hours for our 1450SF house, and it looked great-for only $85 dollars! The only thing was it didn't leave a real 'fresh' smell like I expected. But our carpet was pretty dirty...2 cats, a dog, (that in the past year had 6 puppies!), 4 kids, 3 with families...which is a lot of tracking in and out. We highly recommend C & F!! We will be calling him back for our carpets and he says he does other cleaning, too.
