I saw that their owner commented on a news article and assumed someone was an "illegal immigrant" purely based on the fact that their name is "foreign sounding". I saw some other deeply offensive offensive dehumanizing comments made by the owner that were equally or more hurtful than her other comment, they're spread all over the internet. It all started to make sense that perhaps the spelling of the recipient's name was the root cause of why we received subpar service. Unfortunately, this is a business I refuse to support as this goes against every single thing that I stand for in life. I recommend sensitivity training for the owner and perhaps an attempt to educate herself and be more aware and loving. I gave two stars because I do believe that we are able to change. Best wishes.
