I went to Kent today for a curbside pickup. Waited forever for someone to answer the phone. In…read morefact, there was a lady parked next to me that ended up going in the store to pick up her order because she couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. It took over 30 min before I got directions on where to pick up my garden supplies. I had to drive to another location and there was no one there to help me, I had to chase someone down and insist that they load the soil into my car. They were not nice at all, one young lady didn't have any idea what she was doing. I was over charged on my purchase and waited on the phone for another 30 minutes to resolve that issue. I was so not impressed with the store and the service. It will be a while before I go back, if ever. Either have curbside service or not but don't offer it and then not provide it.
