We put it on the market $75K lower than what she told me she could get which I knew was unrealistic. I lowered the price by $25K in the four months and have not received any written offer. After 4 months on the market and 2 open houses, I reached out to the owner of the agency, Shane Neal, who never responded. Same day Theresa unilaterally terminated the listing, 2 months before the end of our binding contract, and told me they would leave the house key under a rock!!! A reaction to my reporting her poor work ethics. despite multiple emails and a phone message, Mr Neal could not be bothered to follow up. Non professional and not ready to put in the work!
