We have asked them several times to come back to finish the job but they can't be bothered. We have been given excuse after excuse such as "they sent the wrong window" (twice) or they will be there "next week." Even during the initial installation the windows didn't shut until my wife cleared all the debris from the rails so they obviously never checked their work. We now have a different glass company coming to fix Precision Interior's work - we can't have our home remain unsecured any longer. If Precision Interior is this dismissive of a full home window installation project imagine how little they care about a smaller one.

This particular harbor freight was extremely clean well lit and very nice inside. In my short five minutes Inside I was probably asked three times by employees if they could help with anything so Customer Service is way above what I'm used to at any other store. The Home Depot person entered the wrong SKU and because of their mistake I received the wrong Washer. Home Depot has a strict 48 hour return policy. They were deliered and hooked up at out Lake house but my wife did not seeth washer & dryer uuntil after 48 hours. Home depot would not take back the washer even though it was their mistake unless ip hysically brought it in an paid a 25% restocking charge, I an elderly and only have a small compact hybrid and there is no way I could bring the washer it. I had also noticed a red light on the washer and Home Depot coul not tell me why? My plumber later told me it was normal during spin to lock lid. Not only is Home Depot arrogant and unprofessional , they are also stupid. Be very careful if buy something at Home Depot, you may be like me stuck with the wrong item because of home Depot mistakes and incompetence.
