The price is spot on. Another shop quoted me 400$ for what I need done. I only paid 200$ here. He does take appointments. I was there, on time left the car. The owner originally admitted the mistake and promised to fix it for free, but when I returned, they made me repay for the service. After paying again, the issues got worse. There's now a tear in the front windshield of the tint, chemical residue left all over my doors, there's trash in the tint itself all around the car, bubbles, and even a burn mark from the heat gun they tried to remove the tint with. There's also a weird-looking spot under the tint on the windshield. I paid for their most expensive package with a no fault warranty, and still had a disappointing, sloppy experience. Do your research before trusting them with your vehicle they ruined mine!

My first issue with this business is that they are EXTREMELY difficult to get ahold of. It took…read moremany calls over a span of days just to speak to a real person. And that was after leaving multiple messages without receiving a call back. Once I had made my appointment, a conflict in my schedule came up and I needed to move the appointment to the following week. Once again, I could not reach them by phone so I had to drive half an hour to go speak to someone in person and rescheduled the appointment to the following Friday. When I arrived for my appointment which was 30 minutes after the time the shop is supposed to be open, I pulled into the empty parking lot and saw no one there and all of their bay doors were closed. The main entrance was locked and I even knocked on the off chance that someone was there. I waited for another 15 minutes before leaving and taking my business elsewhere. It is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable as a business to 1. Not answer the phone or return calls. 2. Ghost your customer at a scheduled appointment date/time. While I can't speak to the quality of their work/product, I can wholeheartedly say that I would not recommend this company as the customer service side of the business is nonexistent.
