I had been putting off getting my convertible tinted. I did a good bit of research before I…read moreactually chose Tint One. I called to book an appointment and choose how dark of a time I wanted. I spoke ( can't think of it so will edit once I look at paperwork). He was very helpful and gave me all the information bout the types of tint they use. Since my car is black I needed the best heat blocking I could get. I did opt for the hybrid ceramic/nano that blocks out 98% radiation heat and 99% UV rays. I was told that if I dropped it off at 9am it would be done by 11am. They were pretty close to the time only about 10 minutes over. And for the car they were tinting I am surprised it only took that long. My car is a hard too 2 seat roadster with very tight area by the back glass. The tint came out perfect, could not ask for a better job. I highly recommend Tint One.

They do require a $50 deposit to schedule, but will apply it to the total of the job once it's complete. The day I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the lobby was and all of the helpful information posted throughout. Hayes had my Grace (my vehicle, of course) in the back within a few minutes of arriving. I made myself a nice K cup of coffee and relaxed as he started the work. Shortly after, Hayes asked me to come back to show me an issue he ran into while applying the tint to my back windshield. When my back windshield was replaced, somehow the metal tray under the back dash was raised and there wasn't enough room to get the tint on the glass in one corner. Hayes showed me the issue and gave me the options I had, which included tinting but having a gap not tinted where the issue was, or to wait and see what I could do (if anything) about the metal piece. He was even patient and kind with me as I FaceTimed my son to ask his advice, and Hayes also spoke directly to my son to come up with the best solution. I really appreciated him not just going through with the tint job and being unhappy with the gap that would exist. I haven't had the job done yet, but I will absolutely go to Tint Pro when I'm ready!

Looked good when I purchased it but it's a poor design because leather contracts in the heat. It was a mess. After lots of research and several visits to competitors who declined the work, I spoke with Luis, who had actually repaired a similar dash. Luis and Rosalyn worked with Bama Glass to remove the windshield to perform the work. They replaced the leather with a high grade vinyl that was perfectly matched. The workmanship was excellent, and the price was fair; a fraction of the ($4,000+) cost of a new BMW dash board.

This business is one such example where it appears very confusing how someone can have a good experience. For starters, they hardly ever answer the phone, particularly if they see a number of a customer who is calling with an issue or a complaint. That's one of the interesting things about this place, but let's backtrack to the start of this unpleasant story. Initial interactions with this business happened in relation to a sofa and replacing its interior cushion. They provided an estimate that was less than other companies, the reviews on Yelp seemed to be good and everything was making sense to proceed with Super Upholstery Team. Sadly, the work they did was simply horrible, a completely uneven filling, with the back of the sofa filled way more than the front, thus resulting in a sliding surface rather than an even sofa. After mentioning the issue to them, they would simply refuse to come out to look at it and simply stopped answering calls. Had to drive there to talk in person and was basically sent away. Thus, there is very little positive I can say about this company other than perhaps pricing being lower than others. The quality of work and general level of customer service is as low as it gets.
