Any storage nerd or office supply enthusiast will be in heaven here. There are so many more storage solutions here than just "containers", I was delighted to find creative solutions for shelves, hooks (even big enough for your bike!) , cute office desk goodies, chic filing cabinets, kitchen gadgets, foodsafe bins and bags, closet shoe storage, jewelry organizers, glossy acrylic makeup organizers, and they even have high quality paper boxes impossible to find anywhere else. There were some odds and ends, like suitcases and travel stuff, upscale gift wrap, magnets, pins, hangers, laundry baskets, shoe stretchers, children's organization, daily planner kits, cork boards, a little bit of office furniture, etc. This being said, everything was pretty pricey. I'm sure there are places with much better deals, The Container Store just puts it all in one place. If you're looking for a basic plastic tote, it's probably best to hit up Walmart or a home improvement store. If you've got a complex storage problem, or if you've got the money to fill your pantry with Good Grips bins floor to ceiling - go for it! I didn't buy anything this time, so I didn't have any interactions with the staff. I don't think I was approached by a staff member at all in the hour I spent there.

The only words out of his mouth was "are you a perks member, and here is your total for today". It is so sad to me customer greetings don't exist here at The Container Store in Murray, UT.

This was for a new build! We went through Lowe's to get our…read morecountertops which was bedrock quartz. When it was installed it was not at all like what we picked out. Color was completely in another color. Then the side piece to the stove was cut crooked and when the installers were installing the large piece, they scatched my new microwave. I had a migraine that day and was in my living room and heard them whispering, and now I know why. When contacted they were not going to do Anything to fix what they had done, including installing the right countertop that I had selected. I then went back to Lowes and the manager at the Lehi American Fork store came to my house, said that he could see that it wasn't right and that he was gonna fix it and then did nothing!!! I then emailed five different corporate offices with Lowes and finally had a lady get back to me and I worked with her for 3 months to get the problem fixed, which during all of this, my kitchen was not able to be funct and so I could not use my sink or my dishwasher. It was very inconvenient. If you're working with bedrock courts, do not trust that the sample piece that you pick out will be what you actually get. Make sure you document everything.

VA Flooring

I just had Victor and his crew here last week installing 175 yards and they were awesome!! The…read morefirst day they came and the carpet was not ready to get picked up, so they came and tore out the old when that was done the carpet arrived but was the wrong carpet. The first thing that impressed me was it was Victor who realized the carpet that was delivered was not the right carpet. Then the crew had to wait with nothing to do for nearly 2 hours. When they finally were able to lay the carpet it was 4:00 start time but they did not go home at 5 or 6 or 7 no they stayed and worked late to get almost all the job done.
