Further they were barely any help at all to try to source new parts (did most of the legwork myself). Instead they stuck a heavy wrench tool between hinge where the door meets the oven body and applied body weight pressure against the door -- which they said has worked for other customers it did absolutely nothing at all to fix our issue except to make everything worse. Then they spent the next 15 minutes telling me to consider a new $3000+ unit.

After weeks ago our washer broke down and it was too expensive to fix it so we went to a very large…read morecompany in Draper to look at there scratch and dent washers but they were too expensive even for those because we are on a tight budget so a friend recommended we go to the appliance outlet store the owner was very kind and gave us some good information about different brands and we bought a washer and dryer that stack on top of each other and the owner gave us free delivery and a 60 day guarantee unfortunately though right after they delivered it we tried to use it and the washer didn't work so we called the owner and told him the washer wasn't working and he had a repairman come and look at it and the repairmen thought it could be two different things so he came a couple days later with a part he had to see if this would fix the problem but the repairmen realized that wasn't the problem so he ordered the part we need and we are just waiting for him to get it so he can come and fix our washer but it is frustrating because we have been without a washer for 3 weeks now almost 4 and have had to go to the laundry mat to get our laundry done and it is pretty expensive to do that the owner hasn't reached out to try to fix the problem at all so I am very frustrated about the situation but I am glad he is not charging us for the repair at least.

It's a good thing I'm familiar with the layout of the store, though, because customer service is hit or miss. I had to track someone down to help me find the right product to help a dying tree and he seemed a little annoyed that I had questions. The cashiers are also a little on the lax side when it comes to customer service. I've never had any of them smile or attempt small talk conversation with me. However, most of the time my experience is pretty good. After all, this isn't a store that people come to browse and hang out in. It's a chore on the to-do list. Get in, get your stuff and get going.
