I previously gave this salon five stars, but my last visit was so disappointing that I need to retract the previous praise. My nail stylist was so rude when she came to call me back, that another client raised her eyebrows and giggled with me that the stylist would treat me like that. The stylist hardly looked at me during treatment, and babbled with her co-worker the entire time. She nearly scorched my feet with the hot water in tub- I had to pull them out and yell, "Ouch!" She didn't provide anywhere near the thorough service that I received on first visit, and Ive been there half dozen times. She's grumpy and beyond rude:/ The salon is still super clean, offers quality products and a variety of paint, and most employees are most welcoming. Went into this salon this evening as a first time customer. Reviews seemed decent and I was excited to have my nails and toes done for the new year as I don't have them done often. I walk in and put my name on the sign in sheet at around 6:30. I was greeted right away by a few friendly employees and was asked what services I was interested in. I said I'd like a full set of acrylics and a pedicure. I was seated with Kevin at a pedicure station and he was very polite and seemed to be receptive to what I wanted and ideas I had for my nails. I had previous ingrown toenail surgeries years ago so I requested acrylic on my big toes and some of the smaller toes to even out some shorter nails. Acrylic was put on my big toes, none on the other toes like I'd requested. I'm not sure what liquid they wiped over my toes but I now have what I believe is a chemical burn of some sort all around my nail on my left big toe. It has not stopped burning since they wiped whatever that was on it. That was at 7:30pm ish and it's now 10:30pm. When I spoke up about it, I was told I have thin skin and was pretty much dismissed. I sometimes have strange allergic reactions so for the time being I wrote it off as that being another weird allergy. None of the tools they used looked very clean and the drill bits they used on me came out of an extremely worn, dirty sucrets tin. The cuticle nippers used were not in any sort of packaging either. There was no sterilization equipment or chemicals in sight. Moving on to the gel polish, it was very rushed, half of my toenails not painted hardly. Work is just really sloppy to be completely honest. It wasn't until I got home and got a closer look that I realized how bad it really was. They moved me over to the manicure table to start my acrylic set. I was with one tech and then she got up and disappeared into the back somewhere in the middle of the service and then another lady jumped in and haphazardly rush finished the job. The shape nor design was what I asked for and I showed pictures of the exact design and shape/style I wanted to all 3 techs and verbalized what I wanted. I'm just really disappointed. I probably should've spoken up about it more before I paid, but I did not. Partly because I didn't realize quite how poor the work was and partly because I was being rushed out the door as I was the last customer in the salon. $156 dollars spent ($130 with 20% tip) and I walked out with nothing near what I requested and a burnt and painful toe. I'm sad to say the only reason I'll be returning is to ask them to give me a refund or possibly fix the nails and match them to what I asked for to begin with. Although I'm very hesitant to let them fix them for all of the unsanitary tools that are being used. read more

So many nail colors available, so many styles available from acrylic to powder, they do it all. I highly recommend the paraffin wax on your feet and the aroma lotion leg messages. I was pampered from my feet to my nails and it's oh so worth the time and money. In need of a little you time get over here and get pampered. This nail salon used to be really good. The last two times I've been in there I haven't been pleased. I paid for an upgraded pedicure (Royal). I was in/out of there very quickly and my toes show that. A good portion of my nail is missing paint on the side of it. There was no trimming of the cuticle. All the nail tech did was cut the nails down after I asked for file only and when I asked for a cuticle trim she proceeded to file and say all good. The service was "ok" to say the least. What wow'd me, in a negative manner, was thei lack of compassion. Their floor was covered in dust and I took a very nasty fall. My nail lady disappeared. There was a lady there who was speaking non English, and probably more worried about a law suit. There was one gentleman who offered me help to get up and brought me ice. Been going to this salon for 8 months for fill-ins and gel. They kept pushing SNS powder. I finally caved and regret it. The first time was ok. The second time four nails broke within two days and the surface was grainy. I went back and asked them to make it right, but to use gel, not SNS. They insisted they do not do gel (really, after doing it for months?) but they could do SNS that would be smooth and shiny, not grainy. I said ok. It was another disaster and they charged me for it. Up close, my nails look like a popcorn ceiling. Fool me once, shame on you - fool me twice and you've lost a customer! read more

I had an appointment but yet they wanted to turn over so quickly for walk-ins resulting a horribly rushed service and I am so disappointed. I brought my little daughter here and made sure to let them know she would be getting a kid's pedicure/manicure when I made our appointment. They acted like I was a bother when we got there, they were busy I guess, and made us wait a while despite having an appt. They wanted to seat my daughter (who is 4!) away from me - had to be firm and state that I need to sit next to her, more than once. Rushed, not fun, stressful, and did not appreciate her first experience at a nail salon being SO crappy. Spent over $100 with tip and wish I never came here. My girlfriend and I went to this nail salon about approximately one week ago where we entered the shop at around 6:30, a full hour before they closed. We waited for quite a while, but the wait was not the issue. The complains we had were with one shop lady who was extremely rude and did me and my girlfriend's nails. She was very rough with the both of us and caught an attitude even though we were paying customers. We initially decided to just never return to the salon, but after two days our nails started chipping, stickers on our nails lifted, and two acrylic nails on my girlfriend's hands broke in half even though her set was practically brand new! I came from out of town and I had been "seeing" my tech for about 11 years where I live. Needless to say I needed to get my nail done here for an out of state trip. I'm NOT an anxious person but after I made the appointment with a new salon and new tech my stomach was in knots. I am ECSTATIC to say Ly (pronounced Lee) was an exceptional find! He was professional but funny, thorough and quite skilled. I must mention my nails are approximately 1 1/4" long so finding someone with the patience and skill set is pretty tough. Ly made suggestions as to colors and i showed him a photo of a nail design I'd like and all I can add is WOW...absolutely stunning. I am visiting my kids here but next visit I KNOW where to go and I'm adding a pedicure which will be booked with his "tablemate " James who helped make this visit on the edges of perfect!
