I paid my $50 deposit online and the wig I purchase to be installed was glued to my head. Less than 3 days later $350 on top of the 50 paid I'm stuck with an overpriced wig as it fell off my head!!! The wig was to be installed and the length of the install should have been one month. I'm furious that I was scammed for $400 and the worst customer service ever from the owner. She even pretended to have Covid to keep from doing it over. DO Not Go Here!! I should take her to court. You are not qualified to treat Alopecia clients. And no nothing about wig installs!!! This is my third big chop - the first two times my hair was ruined by heat damage and I decided to start all over again one last time and now my hair has grown slightly past my shoulders with perfect 3c curls, so much so, that the manager commented on them when I walked in. After coming to the Pressbar and being falsely promised healthy hair during my hour visit, the whole back of my hair will no longer curl anymore and I am devastated. I was certain I was clear about how much healthy hair meant to me and now I can no longer wear my hair down. My hair is excessively dry now and even with loads of conditioning - my hair is ruined. If you want to wear your hair straight and don't value the state of your hair, go here. They will certainly fry it straight, but I now have a head of heat damaged hair and false promises. I honestly should get a refund but it won't bring my hair back. I am beside myself with upset and disappointment.
