Worst customer service ever! Ordered through 1-800 flowers and received my arrangement the day…read moreafter the scheduled delivery date. Called the shop and she stated oh well but you got your flowers didn't you? Really?? Yes I did a day late after the 20+ dollars they charge for delivery that's the best the she could say. Never again so buyers beware don't order through 1-800 flowers cause this is who thy contract with and will NOT deliver on time.

Their website site promotes one thing then when they don't come through with your order they say there is a "DISCLAIMER" that's pretty unprofessional excuse for not providing a product especially when your dead most the year then on the one day you have a good day - you cant produce - doesn't say much for time management or staffing. Even that's ok but if you don't come through because you didn't prepare properly, don't blame the customer and say things like "Well other people work and they where able to place their orders early" everyone has different factors as to why the didn't or couldn't order "EARLY" Not everyone has the same lifestyle or routine to have time to order early to be more convent for your business. Obviously by the amount of reviews and the score this business speaks for itself. Very sad - its ownership like this that make it hard to grow and people would rather look to a computer for service versus a live person. Will never shop there again!
