My father complained regularly that they weren't doing anything. I thought he was exaggerating. I came back to visit for a few weeks. I discovered absolutely nothing was done to organize or clean up what we had requested. I think there are a years worth of dust bunnies under all the furniture. It looks like basic cleaning was done, but we were charged for a much longer time than that. Very unhappy. I would not recommend. Their communication is quite poor.

After being quoted from 3 other people who didn't show for their appointments I tried this one. They showed up and were very professional and friendly. They vacuumed and cleaned up and even spot cleaned first. It had to be done because the carpet was obviously worn and didn't smell great. They were quick, did an outstanding job of cleaning the carpets and when I got the bill it was less than half what I would have thought (maybe a third?). Perfect job. The carpet had tons of pet stains and dirt. After they was finished, I couldn't believe they were the same carpets! Every stain was gone and the rooms smelled so fresh. After cleaning he made sure I was happy and loved it. My room looks totally different and amazing. Will most certainly be using them again.
