They came out almost immediately to fix the sink and tub drains. They offered to let me get my own fixtures for them to install, but I preferred "one-stop shopping" and asked them to provide fixtures of their choice. Shortly thereafter, they called back, scheduled a day to come out, arrived just after 8:30 a.m. and were done in a couple of hours. They chose great looking Delta faucets which made my wife happy. Despite being short-staffed, DC Plumbing was able to get my job squeezed in, which I truly appreciated. Going without running water for weeks isn't fun. The crew was prompt and professional and did a great job. I ended up hiring them to install a pressure regulator too. Since the pressure regulator is installed I've had no more random leaks or bursts, which had been a problem before. DC Plumbing and Backhoe get bonus points for correctly diagnosing what another plumber (I'll call him Plumber A) had misdiagnosed as a leak in a sewer line. I'd paid plumber A to fix the sewer line, but after that plumber left, I still had dripping water in the same location. What the heck? David with DC pointed out that it was possible that the leak initiated from my roof vent and was coming all the way down into my basement, rather than the leak initiating in the sewer line. That made sense because the leak had started while I had roofers out replacing my roof. Thanks to DC's advice I was able to get the roofing company come back out and fix the issue with the leaking roof vent. I appreciate the top-notch service, competence and professionalism from DC Plumbing. I think their prices are reasonable as well. Recommend.
