I cannot stress how disorganized and discourteous this company is regarding their Internet Sve. I informed them multiple times through FB and told a supervisor in person that we were NOT interested in their service. Mainly, because I caught one of their employees deep into our property where they have no right. Now, there are multiple marks and flags in my yard. I have emailed and called them to make sure they are not going to try to excavate on my property and there has been no response. No communication whatsoever (from the beginning). I receive more responses from a brick wall. They don't call or email you, they just come onto your property and mark it up. Pathetic. read more

The entire crew including office staff were outstanding! Had my tower up and running fairly quickly considering the COViD pandemic. Love that I'm finally able to be able to talk on my cell and stream movies from my house!! Reasonably priced as well. Actually they deserve a rating of 10 out of 5. read more

History

Established in 1990.

Current Inc. first began as Current Electric, then soon began offering Heating and Air Conditioning service, and became Current Inc. In 2015, Current Inc. was purchased by Danny Thomas and his wife Stefanie. Danny Thomas was a long time employee of Current Inc. before taking the opportunity to purchase the well established company.

Meet the Business Owner: Danny T.

Danny and Stefanie Thomas are the proud owners of Current Inc. Danny began working for the already established company right out of college, and worked his way through every position offered, all they way up to general manager. The original owners of the company offered the company to Danny and his wife to pursue other interest. They gladly took the opportunity to purchase an already well established company, and are working to take Current Inc. to a new level.

He fixed it, or we thought he did, then he gave us his personal number and said call if anything comes up. Shortly after leaving it happened again, called him and he came right back. My husband went out and he said because of my review he couldn't talk to us at all. I looked at my husband and said oh no I meant to delete it because I was pissed when I wrote it. But i thought well I'll leave it because that kind of put me off again, this guy was very nice about it though. Then after he fixed it... we got an apology! That's all I needed to hear. I wish I'd gotten his name, but he was nice as can be and all I really wanted was someone to explain why I was cut off and couldn't be spoken to on the phone at all and he explained. Everything made since. So whoever you are, thanks and I appreciate you coming so quickly. Since we pay for the issues with this house, or at least half, it's nice to know its being done quickly and right, especially since it's so cold and we have 3 little ones. I just recently purchased a home that was built 2006. I don't know the condition of the air ducts and I called and asked if they could do a air duct cleaning for me and simple maintenance on the air conditioner and heating service. They were really kind and called me and text me right away. I am on the schedule and I am pleased with them. Keep you posted. I'm sure they'll do fine. Current internet service has been incredibly good for us over the past 3 years. 2 system wide issues in over 3 years. They update technology in your home at no charge as it becomes available to them. Service is always quick and the techs are great. read more

This time we opted for their steel roofing system that has no screws going through the steel (it's an amazing system to watch them install). They were done in a day, cleaned up every little bit after themselves, and the entire team was courteous and professional at all times. We are so disappointed in this company. We hired them through our insurance back in 2019 to…read morereplace our roof. All was well for the first 3 1/2 years. Then tiles started sliding off. This company came and looked but told us we had to make a claim with the shingle company for defective shingles. We did all of this. We mailed the the shingles that fell off. We got a letter back in early January of this year telling us that the shingles were improperly installed. There were no holes showing any nail had been installed to hold them on. We sent this letter to West Plains Roofing. They said they would take a look. They did send one person in Feb of 2024 to put the fallen tiles back up. He told them he looked at the other tiles and they were installed properly. If this is the case, why do tiles continue to slide off with no nail holes as before. We have sent pictures of these tiles to West Plains Roofing. They are dragging their feet. They first said the owner was out of town. Then after a month of not hearing from them, the new excuse was they want a shingle representative to come out an look with them. That was a month ago. NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY! They don't stand behind their work.
