The process was easy, I did not have to fill any thing out, they did all the work, all I had to do is sign. The place I went to before Suburban Homes, their paperwork were 5 pages long and I had to fill it in all by hand. Plus out of the 3 places I went to, Suburban Homes had, the most reasonable prices, and alot to choose from. I highly recommend you check them out for you next home.
