Sold my…read morehome to me before it was ready (no air conditioning unit), forced myself and my family to live in a home with no ac through August. Never painted or sealed our porches so they're falling apart and molding. Never leveled our home, caused damage. Didn't fit or repair pipes under the sink, which caused them to disconnect on several occasions, leading to water damage. The electrical work is horrible, currently the lights in my hallway and back porch don't work. My thermostat I purchased with the home broke and they replaced it with a lesser quality thermostat. They've cut water off and on for hours at a time over the past month to replace faulty pipes. Sounds great, but it was so they can install new meters in order to charge more for water. Today 8/29/23 water was cut off with a 30 minute notice through email. The email stated it would be off for 4 hours. The email was sent at 11:15am. Water did not cut back on until 5:30pm. No further emails were sent out. When it did finally come back on, it was not drinkable. Yellow/brown in color with a horrible smell. I let it run for about 10 minutes. Still, it was the same. I called the office to tell them and their response was "our water in the office is fine and it's the same." I don't really know how people can work for this company and knowingly take advantage of people day in and day out in numerous ways. Not to mention, every year I have lived here, they have raised rent. They offer amenities but currently they are not available because they refuse to maintain them I suppose. If I had someone to provide legal advice and support, I'd pay any amount of money to get out of this community and property. Please, I beg anyone who reads this... do not move here or to any yes community. It will be the largest mistake and money drain of your life. If you were wondering if these issues were fixed. The answer is no. Despite phone calls, voicemails and emails to every corporate number I could find.

    These folkes came out to level up my mobile home I asked if it would mess anything up on the inside…read morehe told me no after he finished noticed doors would not close they said doors had to be reset . Called office for owner to come out because the floors started to bulge he came 1 month later said I had several things wrong he said he could fix it and that I would get an estimate that week 3 months later no estimate called several times wife was rude and started letting all my calls go to voice mail I do not recommend this company because they are un dependable and are very unprofessional and I have more problems now than before they came

    My brother hired this company to move his mobile home. He paid them $125 cash deposit and was told…read more" we are 3 weeks out" which to he and I meant 3 weeks until services would begin. He received no phone calls from the company so on week 3 he called for an update. They had no date in sight. We found another company and called SCJ to cancel services and request for the deposit to be returned. The very nice receptionist relayed she would have the " owner call him back" ; this was on speaker phone at my house and I overheard this conversation. When he did not receive a call back, he stopped by the office 2 days later asking for a refund. The receptionist relayed the " owner" had gone out the day before and took pictures and he would not receive a refund ; one day AFTER cancellation ( if it was even the truth). I began calling as I was a witness to the cancellation. Ellen " the owner" stated they would keep 1/2 of the deposit. When I asked why 1/2 as they had taken pictures of the site the day AFTER the cancelation she hung up on me. I called back, hung up on again. Quite unprofessional, screaming customers in the back ground. My brother called back on his phone and Ellen states " we will send you a check". I doubt we will get it , but if it does happen, I will I'll update this review. I suggest finding another company as Ellen is not interested in being honest. When I pointed out they only took pictures of the site after the cancelation , she was offended and hung up on me, TWICE.
