What I can't understand is why a supervisor never once checked on my services. I walked out with nails and toe nails looking like a child painted them. There was no soak, cutting of my cuticles or no lotion with my manicure. The polish on my nails wouldn't dry because the base cost was so thick and gloppy. My daughter said she wanted to keep going and to get the pixie cut, but we ended up walking out of the salon with super short hair and my daughter looking like a boy with the final haircut that she received. Now she is embarrassed to go out in public fearing that people with look at her and think she is a boy. This haircut is no where near the hair style that we asked for. I don't know if she was rushing because she was already half an hour or so behind and she wanted to get to her other client or what but that shouldn't matter.
