Reflections is a beautiful salon. My gel manicure was exceptional. Looks great and I appreciate the relaxing experience.

I recently moved here from out of State almost 7 months ago. This is my third Salon that I've been too and now I am Confident, it's "the charm". One of the things I like best about the Salon is how clean it is. (Huge bonus after the last place I went to....the ladies were nice enough... but a little too disappointed after my LAST visit). I will say though, although a little pricey, it's worth every penny! Thank You to Shannon, I love the way my hair turned out and with thanks to Alise, love my nails too. This is a full service salon so I'm looking forward to going back to get a massage/facial and my brows done. Came here on Saturday Oct 7 for a hair style for a wedding I was in. The style itself turned out fine but they didn't follow safety protocol at all. There were employees walking around with no masks and nothing was social distanced. Very dangerous Updated review: The owner has reached out and I'm upping my rating bc she has vowed to connect with her staff on this matter and make sure this doesn't happen again. It has come to my attention they were having a holiday event and there were things out of their control. That said if I was in the situation again I would speak up more, I appreciate that the owner seemed to care in a world we are currently that some biz do not take this seriously. read more

I had an amazing experience with Lily today as my stylist. She listened carefully to what I wanted done with my cut, she made recommendations, and she turned a previous not great haircut into one that's perfect for me! The girl is a magician!! She's a senior stylist that specializes in short cuts. She spent the time to show me how to use a straighter to add body to my hair. Looking forward to my next appointment. Thanks Lily!! read more

Reflections is certainly one of the top three salons in town. I think the service their is great and they care about the quality of cut/color that the customer receives. There is always plenty of parking available. I like that they have added complimentary water. Waiting area is small but, because the overwhelming majority of customers are on appointments, I've never waited long. Overall, I love going there and consider it the best in town if you go to Katie. read more

I remember the first time I walked into this incredible salon. I was greeted with the kindest services and was instantly welcomed into this professional and family environment. I have honestly have never been more impressed with the haircuts I get at Reflections Hair Design. The stylists at Reflections are so easy to talk and they are very talented. All the stylists are very well trained, I know because my haircuts are usually very difficult to achieve, but somehow they always can replicate the picture I show them for my desired haircut. Very disappointed with my hair color and cut. She trimmed my hair to frame my face without asking if I wanted it like that, I definitely do not. The color is dreadful and even after a second trip to try and fix it still horrible. Most expensive hair color I've ever had and I absolutely hate it. Not to mention the stylist kept running out of time so 3 different people worked on my hair, during a pandemic!! First trip was $165, second another $55. read more

Not a smooth experience- came here as a maid of honor for a wedding to get hair and makeup done with one other girl getting hair and makeup done too. Our timing was 8-10:30 to be back at the venue for pictures by 10:45 to be dressed and ready by 11:00. There were only 2 of us and it took longer than the 2.5 for us to each have hair and makeup even though there we getting it done at the same time by two different people for makeup and then 2 different people for hair. We reminded the staff of our timeline but they seemed to move slow and we're more interested in chatting - and we ended up late on our timeline. We were told there would be champagne and orange juice before booking, which we never received. At my own wedding I had 5 girls get hair and makeup that was stunning in around the same amount of time, 3 hours, by just one person that it took this salon to do with 4 people. The hair and makeup result was fine no complaints there, but the experience was just stressful because it through our whole timing off big time. read more

Their lashes suck in my opinion only because I like my lash to be very thin. They use very thick lashes which looks really crappy and too dramatic for me. There are a lot of people who like that look but it isn't for me. Won't be going there again read more

Lily who was my hair stylist and did my makeup for my wedding was amazing!!! We went to school together but that's besides the point. She did an awesome job and was very nice and we had some great conversations. She even let my photographer take my pictures. I have been here multiple times and enjoyed every time I went. I've been going to this salon for several years, my grandma goes here, my aunts all go here, and everyone loves it. The atmosphere is amazing, quiet, elegant, relaxing, stylish. The stylists are all very friendly and fun. When I was younger I got a very bad haircut SOMEWHERE ELSE, and it kind of made me nervous to go to salons, but this place helped me with that fear, and has given me SO many fun years of looking better and feeling good about myself. Their hair cuts are amazing, I've had long hair trimmed, short hair styled, long hair cut short, on and on. Their stylists are attentive and easily listen to requests, like how firm or gentle to be when washing your hair. I asked them to be a bit firmer, and It really felt like a very nice scalp massage and helped with a headache!! Last but definitely not least, they are SO GOOD at helping with color! I have dark brown hair, and I really wanted to try to go full redhead, but not a crazy red. I wanted something auburn but bright, i wanted to look like a natural red head. They sat with me and brought out this book with hundreds of clips of hair and colors, lined them up to my own hair and spent several minutes talking about how which ones would hold better, and how they could use X color and mix in a touch of Y color to add a special sheen or highlight ect. It was AMAZING. and the color came out so much better than I expected. I had several people compliment my hair color and assume it was natural (i have freckles and green eyes too so the look really fit me i guess) I've never had a bad experience there and now I'm taking my daughter as well, she loves it there too and they cater to her needs too, offering coloring books and cute magazines when she gets her hair done.
