He was thorough and assured us that he wouldn't leave until we were completely satisfied with his work....even if that meant cleaning the carpets multiple times. He worked quickly and did an amazing job! The carpets almost loom new again...and that was no easy feat! Best part? His process allows your furniture to go back into place in as little as 45 minutes! SCORE!!! We will definitely use him again for our carpet cleaning needs, but we will also be bringing him back to deep clean our tile in the house! If you have been in Las Cruces for any length of time you know how difficult it is to get highly skilled tradesman. Second issue is getting to show up as promised. What a ripoff... took advantage of this senior when facing some minor flood damage. Never again …read more.. don't trust this SOB. He did 3 hours of work with a child assisting him that made more of mess carrying out wet trash without protecting my carpet. You could stretch cost of work around $400 and he charged $1600. Didn't protect any thing during his work and did not clean up their mess. Do yourself a favor and call someone else or DIY. Don think he deserves a 1/2 star!!!
