Got three ( nice ) young men BUT sadly, they did NOT do a good job ( as you can see from tne attached photos ) They actually left one side of each piece uncovered/unwrapped then put THAT side on the BOTTOM of the dolly and DRAGGED it...damaging three pieces. I didn't realize I would need to tell/ show/explain to them how to do their job properly. They ONLY had about 12 pieces of furniture to move, and although not 'heirlooms', certainly, more care could of been taken. Owner comped me $75, saying he wasn't "sure" his guys did the damage Really? Three relatively new pieces ALL damaged on the UNWRAPPED portion discovered upon arrival at the new location? Also, was 'advised' by the owner Ben to pay for 3 workers, so that one would ALWAYS stay with the truck ( and stuff inside ) THAT was NOT the case, as they all worked together leaving the truck unattended in the parking bay.
