The Clean Bees did a SUPER job making our home immaculately clean, as always! They are very careful to sanitize, including wiping the bottom of their shoes, as they are entering our home. They even take a minute to reassure and pet our little dog Cleo when they get here so she remembers who they are and can relax :-D. Then they get to work on sanitizing the inside and making our home sparkle :-) !!! Dariana took the lead, she has been here many times before... she always does SUCH an amazing job cleaning our bathrooms. Paige has been here before too, and she always is so careful to take care of all the little details, giving special care to the tricky job of re-making my kiddo's loft bed and arranging all their stuffed animals and special things in a cozy way. I always feel reassured during this pandemic because it has been standard Clean Bees policy to sanitize high-touch areas like light switches and doorknobs. I fell and strained my knee and couldn't walk and so I called Clean Bees to help me clean my house. The job they did in my house was absolutely stellar. Clean and shiney and honestly my house has never been this clean. As far as customer service well wow....after I called just to see if I could afford it and they immediately scheduled a crew to come and Clean my house, shared a carpet Cleaning company name and did such an amazing job I ended up making my time and home a priority and hired them. I have dogs and I don't have to put them away! They love dogs and from what I can see on my nest security cameras the crew actually are so kind and friendly to my fur babies while cleaning and working so hard. These guys are great! I moved to CO to take care of my 92 year old Dad in his 5 bedroom home. I had trouble with the first company and, after giving them 2 tries to complete a deep clean, they had to go away. I found several recommendations for Clean Bees on Nextdoor so gave them a call. They actually CAME to my home to review needs and give me a quote for the job (not by hour) based on the space and time estimated to provide what I needed. They are FANTASTIC! Thorough, on time, thorough, professional, thorough.... Any time I have had questions, Angela has responded by phone quickly. The first team came with a trainer. She was REALLY good. Today was visit 2 and even though they had some staff who were ill and could only send one person, she stayed double the time, was not rushed and covered everything. I have used two different cleaning services in the past many times. While they were OK, I feel that Clean Bees is much better value for the money I'm spending. They cleaned EVERYTHING during the first deep clean. For example, they cleaned the sides of furniture and my gross toothbrush charger :) Future monthly cleanings will be cheaper and they put certain deep clean items on a rotation. They keep notes and seem very organized. I like that they give you a firm price as opposed to an estimate, so they don't get paid extra if they go over, but if they go over too often they would adjust the price. I think that's fair. The cleaners were very nice and helpful to work with too. The cleaners are also employees, so they are covered by workers comp. Very important because most homeowners insurance does not cover injuries to independent contractors. And they make more than the FC minimum wage. read more

I love that they are incredibly responsive- I have yet to have to wait a full day for a phone call or email back. This was our second cleaning and they did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the attention to detail and complete cleaning job. We had 2 gals and they had 1750+ square feet cleaned top to bottom in almost 4 1/2 hours. Our initial cleaning was a little underwhelming - different team of cleaners. We paid for extra service at the initial cleaning as we just moved into a newly built home and the post-construction clean-up by the builder was lacking. However, we feel we didn't fully get the "extra" and some of the basics were not done well. However, they offered to make it right immediately. They completely redeemed themselves this second time. Also, we have 2 very large dogs (a chubby chocolate lab and a Neapolitan Mastiff) and they happily worked around them. read more
