We used them for nearly six months after our baby was born, and as the photos attached show, the results have been terrible. One thing you can always count on is that they will never arrive on time. If you have pets, be ready to lose your entire day waiting for them to show up. On top of that, they constantly misplaced our belongings -- sometimes "hiding" items instead of putting them back where they belong. We had to repeatedly point out that they'd missed entire sections of the house, like our whole downstairs. When that happened, good luck getting them to return the same day to fix it. They also ran our dishwasher with expensive knives inside and used dish soap instead of dishwasher detergent, leaving our kitchen covered in bubbles. Veronica apologized and offered 10% off that cleaning, but that didn't make up for the damage or the pattern of carelessness. She knew we hired them because we have a baby, yet her team still mixed his dishes with items that weren't safe for him. Communication is another major issue. They never once arrived on time, and when my wife explained that we couldn't continue with three-hour-late, unannounced arrivals, Veronica accused us of canceling the service. Today, they were scheduled to clean again--no show, no message, nothing. It took three hours just to get a response saying they were "waiting on their team." Yes, her prices are competitive, but you truly get what you pay for. We'll be paying a little more next time for a reliable and professional cleaning service. After a couple days, I got an email and within sentences she decided to tell me the thoughts of the cleaning ladies of my place "looks like someone was still living there... smelled like urine....cat hair everywhere... food stuck on multiple surfaces" I get it, it's an Airbnb and a deep cleaning was definitely in order, but to attack my place with no remorse or the thought that it would hurt my feelings was not professional. I am a super host on bnb and I know what it takes to clean this place, I have almost a 4.9 average rating with over 100 stays... Personally, if I ran a business and 1 of the few things that was asked of my client was not done I would make right. Instead, I felt attacked and not issued any offer of coming back and making the situation right. The best part was how she wrote down that they spent up to 20 mins on my floors and the only thing that was done was a vacuum & there were hairs and crumbs all over the bathroom and kitchen flooring. I do not write reviews often, but being charged $160 without a "hey what will make you happy" or "how can we move forward" would have been nice. I wasn't looking for a "discount" which was what she stated in her email. I was looking for an apology, ownership to possible miscommunication, any gesture towards the situation would have gone a long way.
