I pretty much got an email response from them for a quote the very next business day and Todd came by to our house really quickly to give us a quote. So I do like how quick and efficient they are. Nitesh, Tyler and Brandon that came to our house were all very friendly and receptive to feedback and delivering our desired outcome. I have a really hands on approach to dealing with things, but they didn't seem to mind it at all. If you're not happy with something, you just have to let them know and they'll accommodate you. Overall, I'm quite happy with Imagine. Only word of caution, if you're like me with really "old windows" that have hazing issues, and have not cleaned them in a long while, you might want to reconsider getting them cleaned just because windows are apparently porous ...after cleaning, the hazing issue seemed to be much worst. Imagine won't be able to help you with this issue. I'm not quite sure, but I might have to find a company that deals specifically with windows to help me with my problem.

I called two companies for quotes and chose Karmic Maintenance as they were less expensive and I liked their vibe. They are very professional from phone calls through to roof care. The only suggestion I have would be for them to take before and after photos of the roof to show the client as I've seen this done with other roof cleaners and it's reassuring. They cleaned up the area around the house, took away the leaves and we were satisfied customers.

The solar panel installation was halted. I contacted several roofing companies to get assessments on the issue and obtain estimates. It turns out one side of the roof did not have adequate venting and moisture was being absorbed by the plywood. I met with several roofing company representatives and each provided their suggested way to address the issue...and the estimated costs were all over the map. But when I met with the Absolute Roof Solutions sales representative...I knew I had found the right company. They explained what the issue was, how they would address it and the next steps. They followed with a quote and then a follow up conversation with the Project Manager. They picked a date that was to be rain free. The crew showed up on time and they went about their work. Taking 1/2 a roof is not an easy task but they managed to get it done in the one day...and to get the site all cleaned after, including ensuring all debris was removed from both neighbours yards. My neighbor is replacing their roof using this company's service, but their workers/contractors repeatedly stepped on my front lawn and used it freely as a walking path this morning (ie. day of writing the initial review, June 19), without permission. I politely talked to them THREE TIMES to ask them to please respect my property and not walk on my lawn/property. The first two times when I talked to them, the workers I talked to didn't even seem to take me seriously. Seriously? Imagine waking up to lots of noise and security camera app notifications saying there are strangers walking on your home front lawn, and that was what I encountered. Oh, one gentleman also did a quick spitting on my lawn while walking on it. Besides, for a brief 20 mins they also set up some seemingly-heavy supporting base/stepping board which were at least partially sitting on my lawn. All these happening without them ever approaching me or asking for permission. I thought having talked to them three times should stop the issue. To my great surprise, one same worker that was caught on camera crossing freely on my lawn back and forth multiple times, chose to walk on my lawn AGAIN just now (at the time of writing the initial review), perhaps thinking I didn't see, but my security camera system did. This whole "I don't give a xxx about walking on your lawn & property" attitude as I perceived is getting wildly UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL, and UNACCEPTABLE. Not to even mention potential legal complications, about trespassing, about potentially damaging the lawn/front yard, about potential workers' injury that may happen while they trespass on my property, to name a few. They were thorough in their estimate process and arrived promptly and as agreed. I work and so we arranged to have the crew come and clean my gutters when I wasn't at home. I arrived from work to find the house immaculate and the gutters flowing for the first time in years. The bill turned our to be slightly under the estimated cost. I won't hesitate to use this company for future work.
