However, he was never informed that a promise to clean the outside of the gutters, the garage doors, and the glass on the sundeck was made. The sales rep made several offers of these 'extras' and adjusted the price of the cleaning service down because "we're in the area so won't charge for travel to and from your location". After the windows were cleaned, I was informed by the salesperson that the price had jumped up by $55 because I couldn't pay until four days later when my pension cheque is deposited. I had made it VERY clear that I would happily pay on Friday but could not pay the day the work was done. The sales rep got very huffy and demanded the extra $55 "because you're paying 4 days after the work was completed". I think this is unfair for two reasons. First, there was no guidance for the actual cleaning person, my garage doors were never cleaned, and the poor kid looked at me as if he was in shock when I pointed out what the sales rep had promised. Secondly, I don't like being harangued about a price increase when I was extremely clear that I couldn't pay on the day the service was done. I do not recommend dealing with this company. I maybe old, but I hate being bullied.

I advised him of the gutter downpipes was not draining properly and he said he would look after that. I am a senior with low vision so trusted him to do what he said he would do. Unfortunately that is not what happened. He and his helper dumped most of the gutter debris onto of my already cleaned flowerbeds. I had to call him twice to get him back to clean up the gutter debris he dumped on my flower beds. At that time I showed him again that the same gutter down pipe was still not draining properly. He said he would look after cleaning it out but he did not clean the down pipe out. I have attached a video to show that the same down pipe is still not draining properly and in a rainfall the water is gushing out over the top. I sent this video in an email to Tom asking him to arrange to come back and clean out the gutter down pipe. He did not reply to my email so I called him. He acknowledged receiving my email but became very confrontational saying that cleaning the gutter down pipes was not included in the gutter cleaning service.
