I contacted Allen about our new home and the fact that they had several dogs (which my husband is…read moreallergic) and cats inside so there was a noticeable odor and pet hair and the vents were FULL of animal hair. Allen suggested the deep clean of the carpets and cleaning of the duct work. The staff that came out worked incredibly hard! They got up all of the pet stains, one grease stain remained though lightened considerably. Keep in mind that this is NOT a cheap service but you get what you pay for. They first put plastic guards on my woodwork and corners then covered the wood floors. They were so careful and efficient and did the best carpet cleaning I have ever had. So I asked what they were going to do to fix it. She said she would call back. She did and asked if 6 o'clock would work. I said I have to meet my husband somewhere at 4:30 but I can hurry back and be home by 6. So that's what I did. 6:20 rolls around... she calls and said their machine got over heated and they wouldn't be able to come.. NOW I've been inconvenienced not once but TWICE. I tried once more to make it work and asked if they could come first thing Saturday morning (like 7am first thing) they said they could do Saturday afternoon.... there was NO way I was allowing them to steal my Saturday away from me because now I have trust issues.
