I first heard of this company years ago on the radio, but my friend recently told me about them and…read morethe great service they provide as her family and friends have used them in the past. I recently moved into my new place and wanted the carpet cleaned. Our entry stairs are the only carpeted area and they took a beating to all the trips bringing inside. I knew I wanted to get them professionally cleaned, and I ended up going with my friend's suggestion. It was easy to schedule via chat. Just like Comcast, you pick a day and schedule a 4 hour window. I saw a deal online for 2 bedrooms for $99. Since I only have carpet on the 14 stairs, that's all I was interested in having cleaned. They charge $5 per stair and since that didn't exceed $99, I opted to add the carpet protection (around $40). There's a $25 service fee added to the process too. I ended up spending about $140. Ernesto was the cleaner that showed up on the desired date. He called me 20 minutes prior to arrival to give me fair warning. The whole time he was very friendly and informative. He was courteous about where he parked and the whole process maybe took about 30-40 minutes. He let me know when he was done and it was a very easy process. I would book them in the future when needed.

CAUTION - Double Check how wet they leave your carpet! We had a total of three rooms, a hallway and…read moretwo staircases cleaned. We have Berber carpet. The first technician left too much water in the carpet on one of the staircases which led to mold, then their attempt to fix by charging us for a bio treatment left the staircase stinking of a Raid bug spray smell that would not come out. Zero Rez has done Zero to correct their mistakes and in running our carpet. The three rooms, hallway and one set of stairs turned out decent. The second set of stairs has been a nightmare. The original technician did not pull up enough water after the application. After 24 hours everything was dry except the one staircase and the bottom landing. It was still soaking, and I mean soaking wet. We placed fans in the staircase to help dry it out. All to no avail. We called customer service after 24hrs, and they sent out another technician the next day. Carpet now soaking wet for over 48hrs. The second technician attempted to pull some of the excess water out of the carpet on the stairs that had now been sitting soaking wet for going on 48 hours. At the 72hr mark a horrible smell of mold was overwhelming in the staircase. We called customer service again and had to wait for Mike the Manager/supervisor to approve another visit. He said it would not be good to re-clean the carpet and that they would treat it instead with a Bio compound and deodorizer. The next day another technician applied the Bio compound. The mold smell was replaced with the smell of the Bio compound which smells like Raid bug spray. Another 24 hours later (total time to completely dry = 144 hours) and the carpet in the stairwell is now dry but there is a lingering smell of the bio compound which smells like heavy bug spray. We called and spoke with customer service who could not help and had to transfer us to leave a message with Mike the Manager but received no call back and no attempt to resolve the Zero Rez caused problem. Adding insult to injury the original technician took a photo of our credit card front and back. Very suspicious. We received our invoice, and we were charged an extra $150.00 for the Bio treatment. We have since cancelled our CC and had to have a new one issued. We also have family coming to visit and with no help at all from Zero Rez or Mike the Manager to resolve the issue they created we have been forced to replace the carpet on the stairs at a cost of $1,400.00. It is the only way to get the Raid bug spray smell out of our stairs and home.
