The cleaners were on time and were both very friendly and very nice. They got to work right away starting with the downstairs while I stayed upstairs. Once they finished we switched so they could clean the upstairs. This is my first time hiring Yuly's Cleaning or doing business with a cleaning company. My normal house cleaning is independent and it's just her and friend doing through their small business. Being my first time I wanted to check their work closely. A quick swipe of the kitchen counters with my finger and I was pretty disappointed. At first look it looks clean but it was not. I moved over the breakfast bar counter and the same thing. Almost like they quickly just wiped everything with a damp cloth "a very surface level of clean". I moved to other top flat services and it was the same experience through the downstairs. Picture frames were not dusted. Anything that was on the counter was not moved in order to clean under it. This was a "regular house clean" not a deep clean, but to me these are all basic cleaning fundamentals. The price was 30% higher than what I'm used to paying my regular house cleaner. It's too bad she moved. I need to find a replacement, and Yuly's will not be it. Yuly, I have pictures and video clips if you would like to see. EDIT - Response to Angie's comment: I just uploaded some videos for you to look at. Not expecting polished furniture. Just a good cleaning of my kitchen counters. Also it shouldn't be my responsibility to go through the entire house and spot check their work while they are here. If they say they are finished, then I should be able to expect that they cleaned my house, within the parameters of the service requested, to the best of their abilities. Who wants to have to babysit the workers the whole time? You shouldn't expect that of your customers. You should want your customers to sit back and just enjoy the aftermath of their house being "professionally cleaned".

I decided to stick with them, though, because they're very responsive to criticism, and seemed to genuinely make things right. After a few months of service, I'm glad I did stick with them. Our regular cleaner, Asel, is phenomenal. Any changes to schedule, etc., are communicated well ahead of time. Pricing isn't the cheapest, but it's also not the most expensive (for whatever reason, cleaning services in South OC are just very, very expensive, even compared to NY, where I was last).

The initial estimate he provided me, based solely on square footage, was outrageous ($340 bi-weekly), and when I TRIED to explain that we don't have a lot of people in and out of our home and that I already keep everything really clean he continued to talk over me and and said "Find somebody else. Bye." Do not do business with this company.
