Yes, they offer another wash in 48 hours, but I don't have time to go back there and sit in line again in hopes that they hit those missing spots the second time. Update: Management reached out and made the situation right. I went back for another try and the wash was much better. My first visit must have been an off day, so I'm glad I went back to give them another opportunity.

I spoke with CJ, the owner, who was just as nice. He quoted me a very reasonable price. I was able to drop off my vehicle with them and they were even kind enough to drive me back home. I ended up not being able to pick up my vehicle for a few days due to my schedule, but kept in contact with them the entire time. They were so understanding. And they even brought my vehicle BACK TO MY HOUSE! You don't get that kind of service everyday. It was so refreshing to have such nice people to do business with. I will definitely go back. Cars were being cleaned out of order, it felt like the staff didn't know what was going on, and clearly they didn't really care. When I got my car back the interior vacuuming was haphazard at best. Pulled into the lot at 12:49 pm and drove off at 1:33 and yet again when I pulled in there were only 5 cars in line. It took them 44 minutes to wash 5 cars. The guy taking the credit cards was also the guy vacuuming the cars. All the workers were working hard. When will AAA learn about customer service and satisfaction!! So sad.
