Big Fat Onions to Lakeside Towing and Clean Concepts on Kiowa Ave. Had my Tri toon towed today this morning between 8 and 9 am do to where it was parked. Not Lakesides fault as it was a PD tow but Lakeside comes in and why they get Onions is because they towed the boat and trailer less than 2 miles and stored less than 4 hrs. and the Bill was $903 bucks. Way to rip off your neighbors. Then the owner wanted an apology from me WTF. He also seemed like he had a lot more he wanted to say to me until I reminded him that all my paperwork was in order and his fees he required where being presented to him at that moment and he legally had no reason to hold my Tri toon any longer. Before I reminded him of this, he seemed like he was going to try and hold my pontoon till I listened to what he wanted to say. Hope you and your family enjoy that $903 bucks you obviously need it more than I do. CROOKS. This guy also owns Clean Concepts off Kiowa Ave. I would have to assume that if he is ripping people off on Tows, he will do the same with any and all of his businesses. I would steer clear of Lakeside Towing and Clean Concepts as business owners like this only have 1 priority and that is how much money then can get out of you for as little effort as they have to put in. Again, I understand getting the Tri toon towed was not Lakesides fault but to charge $903 for less than a 2-mile tow and storing it for less than 4 hours. This is a tow that they would normally charge less then $150 for. Mind you the did not even have to put on a tow truck they just hooked the trailer up to their hitch and towed it like we all do going down to launch. Issues with the new ceramic tint that they are using. No longer using Suntek. Brought vehicle for tinting. 2 two weeks later, the tint on the driver side started to debond/peel. Vehicle has been sitting in the sun for 10 days. It's my back up vehicle. Contacted Neil via Facebook. Posted pictures. Gave a time that I am available to come in. He was unable on Saturday...so he said Sunday. No problem. We set up a time and date Come March 5,2017 at 1030am...I am waiting at the business location. No one is there. Call the main number. Selected option 3...so that my voicemail will get to his cell number. No response. Message him via Facebook. Several message within the time span of 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, I left. No one is there. Taking time out of my schedule...drove 60 miles round trip. Waste of time, money, and gas. Totally disregard my time and resources. Requesting pro-rated refund. WILL not be returning the location. I will return to the try and proven Tinting business in Las Vegas: ECCO. Tint. I have never had any issues with Ecco Tint. Only reason I went with Clean Concept was the price of the ceramic tint. Now I am taking my vehicle to ECCO TINT for removing of this defective tint and installing new tint for the vehicle. Tint removal is 50.00 and hopefully they will be able to do two windows for 100.00. So I will be out 40.00 and loss of time and gas when (NOT IF) Clean Concepts refund my money. read more

Before having my truck bed wrapped, I called nearly every shop in Vegas (more than a dozen at least). I like to do my research and scout as many potential businesses as possible. I needed someone who would do a top-notch job for a market fair-price. I sent an email to Wrap It Up in my searching. I was happily surprised by how quickly John called me back. He sounded professional and knowledgable. He was quick to offer advice and help me get ahold of proper photos for the artwork. Something most places charge another $75+ for. We went back and forth for a few days, each time my communication with them was dealt with in a very professional and kind manner. John consistently assured me of his quality and ability to get it done right. Which was nice. I spoke with Melissa on the phone several times, she was always kind, professional, quick to answer questions and help in any way. This gave me assurance of their class and ability to get stuff done. They worked me into their busy schedule and the wrap was done quickly and on time After I came pick up the truck, there was an issue. And John was extremely professional and quick to offer an immediate fix to his own cost. I was very impressed by this and that's really why I'm writing this review and giving five stars. I expect every place to do a good job, but Wrap It Up really went above and beyond in everything. When the truck was done, it looked absolutely amazing. Like, literally jaw dropping. The lines, cuts, piecing, placement, colors, adhesive and overall job, was fantastic! I was very impressed by the dpi's of his printer and the lines of resolution it put out. I didn't expect it to be so sharp. One of the images was an eagles head, each minute feather looked sharp and clear down to the pixel. It's quite stunning. I didn't get the chance to get the name of everyone in the shop that did the work, but they each seemed professional and very skilled in their trade. I consider myself a detailist and any small concern I had, or addition request, they were quick to jump in and explain or adjust or fix something. Where it seems laziness and poor customer service is becoming the trend in this city, I was pleasantly surprised though out the process that that was not them. I've been hesitant for a while to wrap my hood and spoiler only because I didn't know if I'd like it. The 1le camaros look nice and that got me to pull the trigger on the vinyl. I called them up, got a quote, and they were nice;knowledgable; and helped me out real quick. Overall the vinyl came out perfect. I went with satin to match my wheels. The only thing is that the vinyl had a lot of finger prints on it. But I didn't care because it was an easy clean. Well, I waited 2 months to see how everything played out before leaving a review. I went to Wrap It Up when they were on Sahara for a wrap on my company vehicle and window tint on my Nissan Altima. My personal car feels great and the clear front window film they used keeps my car cool. I was very skeptical when the owner told me what it does, but it works just as he told me. The company vehicle also came out great, it was the test car to see how things went and we have now returned with 4 of our vehicles since and have had no issues.
