Chuck and Amber are just amazing people. Chuck did the clear heat shield on my windshield and I noticed a difference immediately. Wish I had known about it years ago. Requested a quote and was able to have that the following day, received my quote from Chuck (extremely nice) and was able to have my home windows tinted the following day!!!! Doug did amazing! I have never had my home windows done and instantly the temps inside dropped. I'm able to have my blinds open and know no one is looking in!!! We did privacy tint! The tint guy is unable to cut around window sensors. He's immature and Unhelpful,can only cut straight lines and boasts how he has 23 years experience. Since it's me paying,try fulfilling request than having a temper tantrum and ripping the tint off saying Get out,Ido it my way. Unbelievable! ZERO stars!! Hire Talent capable of all window shapes and sizes! The request was not for holes Amber,dumb statement you liar,it was cut around the sensors! We have had 4 of vehicles and our motorhome windshield was recently done with Flawless Tinting and I can tell you Chuck (owner) does the best work! Not one of their windows have bubbled up or fogged up. And with two of our vehicles, it has been several years in the Arizona heat and they stood up great! It literally stops the heat from coming in. You can tell the difference when you roll the window down. Amber (Owner) is very efficient and she'll let you know right away when your vehicle is done. And in addition to being a great company is, their prices are fair. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody who's on the fence. read more

I am not one to write reviews but I do feel this has to be shared... My husband and I just purchased a 22 Honda Pilot Trailsport. I dropped my car off this morning and asked them to please be careful as I have not had the best luck with tint companies- they assured me all would be well. When I went to pick up my vehicle- there were still soapy water lines all over the paint and then I noticed a scratch on the door that wasn't there previously. Owner came out to look, there is no way he did that and proceeded to tell me I have a deep scratch in the drivers window but he didn't notice it until after the window was tinted. Not acceptable as I should have been told and I have to think it was done while being tinted as I did not see it prior. My husband expressed how upset he was at the damage so the owner tells me tint is free, gives me the paperwork and job is done. He did offer to have his detail guy buff the scratch but it is deep and buffing won't take it out. After I leave, I inspect the car more only to realize I now have a deep scratch right in the middle of my bumper and the appliqué on the rear left door is scratched and these are not fine scratches, they are the type of scratch that comes from something sharp as though the tint was cut on the car. So in less than a week of owning my car- I have a door scratch, a bumper scratch, glass scratched, and an appliqué that has been scratched all from trying to save my car and family from the desert heat. I understand the owner did not charge me for the job but that doesn't fix the damage done to my car. It is upsetting and disappointing!! Especially when explained I was already worried about my car due to past experiences. I would have gladly paid for the tint but any sort of apology or offer to fix the damage was never made. Unfortunately, I can't say the installation was Flawless and cannot recommend a shop who doesn't take the time to prevent damage. read more
