In the first project, I wanted to remove 1500 lbs of large rocks from my property to create space for another parking spot. Henry gave me the best quote and was by far the best communicator out of all the businesses I spoke with. Henry and Antonio arrived on-time. Unfortunately, we found out that their truck could not back up to where the rocks were. Before starting the project Henry let me know that it would be more work to carry everything down to the street. We negotiated a slightly higher price that was still better than other quotes I received. Henry was very fair and there was no pressure. In the second project, I needed a fence hauled away. Again, Henry gave me a very competitive price and showed up on-time. I had taken the fence apart except for one bolt. Antonio was able to get the last bolt unstuck. They hauled the fence away with ease. My 2 experiences with Henry and Antonio have been perfect. I wish all home service businesses communicated as well as Henry does. I requested a price estimate late yesterday evening from a few different vendors, and received a response from Richard right away. He gave me the estimate and a time for the very next day (today!). To be completely transparent, I did receive a couple of offers that were less than what he quoted (not by much) - but their availability didn't suit my needs. I also appreciated how polite and prompt they were - it spoke to my generally neurotic heart. Today they asked if they could come earlier, but assured me that if I wasn't available earlier the time originally agreed upon would be fine. Luckily I was available earlier and they showed up right on time! The two of them were so nice and polite. I appreciated that they introduced themselves not only to me, but also to my dad who happened to be home as well. They were quick, clean, easy to work with, and also helped me carry some stuff down to my garage - because my lack of upper body strength is, quite frankly, alarming.
