Very unprofessional since day one. They schedule a diagram appointment and tried to confirm a night before at 8pm when no one was at the office and didnt show up for the appointment. The day of the actual diagran appointment they had me waiting at the property for over an hour and they just kept telling me "he will be there in 10min". I also told him I needed to be gone by 3pm since they were over an hr late and he "finished" at 3pm. I was told the report will be ready by one date and I have to be calling every single day asking for it and they leave me on hold and hang up the phone, they say someone will call and they never do, they say the inspector will send it right away, the inspector says someone else will send it and its been over a week and I have not yet received anything. They have horrible phones, its hard to hear when you call them. Who ever answers the phone sounds like they are just waking up. The inspector is so out of it that he kept dropping his clipboard every 5 min. I would most definitely NEVER recomend this company to anyone. Save your money and time. read more

All they building are infested with roaches and mice and bedbugs. All of the buildings looks like a crack spot warning find something better and they often will get you for your security deposit. Do not trust the property manager. read more

i wish i could give this piece of shit establishment a zero star!! warning they only want your application fee you will not!!!! get an apartment!!! everyone in the front office is crooked and working together scamming people!! once you apply they will ask you a million questions about your work history they will go from asking for 4 months of previous check stubs to asking for at least 9 months of work history. thats not enough either! next they will say you need to show proof of paying for something in your name for a minimum of 9 months! even after you provide them with all of those documents they will say they have to call you back after looking over your documents!! they never called back i had to call back the next day to see what was going on and this time it was a lady who answered. she asked me the same questions as the guy the day before! after she got done asking the same shit she told me that the head guy will call me back shortly. at this point im confused because i provided her with all of the proper documents to move in and they still came up with an bullshit excise to why i couldn't move in. the next day i call in and the lady answered the phone and said that the man thats the head of the leasing office wasn't there and to call back tomorrow! at this point im pissed!! so i called back the 4th day and no one answered! i called my bank and got the transaction reversed! i'll be reporting them to the bbb also! no one deserves to be scammed by these pieces of shit. read more

Would not recommend. Owner/operator EXTREMELY unprofessional. Trash in front of building. Not formerly or properly greeted. Viewed a unit, gentleman NEVER came from out of the office with the exception of putting on hoody to leave like a scolded cat after getting my $35 for the application. Never received a callback, I had to continuously call to follow up on the status of the application. Every time we spoke, more documents were requested. Never received a callback or email follow-up. Please be aware of this rental managment company. This company blantantly disregards the tenant/Landlord laws in terms of "security deposits". According to Michigan State Law, a landlord must use a financial institution to "hold" your security deposit. In addition, the landlord must inform the tenant of the institution in which the deposit is held. The Security deposit MUST be returned to the tenant within 30-days. If for some reason, all of the deposit is not returned, the landlord must provide a tenant a listing of damage and what the deposit has been applied to. The tenant has a certain amount of time to respond to the Landlord. This management company currently has MULTIPLE pending court cases against him for refusing to return the security deposits to his tenants. I attempted to contact him by phone but Mr. Jeffry Cruise refused to answer any of my questions regarding the manner. read more
